What are the delivery times?
We deliver Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to both business and residential addresses.
When will my delivery arrive?
- Your delivery will begin processing once we’ve received confirmation of your payment.
- We deliver Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, to clients outside Harare.
- We do not deliver on public holidays.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If we attempt delivery and no one is available to receive and sign for the goods, we will notify you of the failed delivery and reschedule it as soon as possible.
What if my items are damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, when I have ordered online?
- If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at +263 773 358 562. We will arrange for the damaged product to be collected and a new product delivered to you within 3 business days.
- If you receive the incorrect items or an incorrect quantity, please notify us immediately, so we can rectify the situation. We will arrange collection of the incorrect items and replace them as soon as possible.

- We offer a comprehensive returns and exchange policy. You may return or exchange items at any of our stores, provided you have the original receipt and the product is in its original packaging and condition. A handling fee of up to 5% of the product’s value will be charged.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
> Items specified as non-returnable/non-refundable > Delivery and/or installation costs. > Pre-paid cards. > Digital content. > Damaged or abused items. > Faulty/defective products after 14 days (excluding all plasma, LCD, and LED televisions larger than 32 inches, and all large appliances). -
If your product becomes faulty or defective within the first four months of delivery, please bring it to any of our stores for inspection. You may be entitled to:
> Repair of the product.
> Replacement of the product.
> A refund of the purchase price. - If the product is found not to be faulty, you will be responsible for all handling and shipping charges, including collection and redelivery. You will also be liable if the goods are damaged or faulty due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- The warranty does not cover defects caused by foreign objects or connection errors not inherent to the product.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at +263778738964.
